📋 How dispatch works
  • Load: selected orders' stock moves warehouse → vehicle. Total on-hand is unchanged (still in the company, on the truck).
  • Dispatched: the orders' status becomes Dispatched.
  • Delivered: mark each order delivered in Delivery Summary once handed to the customer.
  • Invoice: only Delivered orders can be billed; invoicing removes the stock from the vehicle.
